Bosscha Observatory

Bosscha Observatory is a research institution under the auspices of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bandung Institute of Technology (FMIPA ITB). Until now, Bosscha Observatory is the only major observatory in Indonesia. Together with the Astronomy Study Program, FMIPA ITB, the Bosscha Observatory is the center of research, education, and development of Astronomy in Indonesia.

Postal Museum Indonesia

The Indonesian Postal Museum was established since the Dutch East Indies period, known as Postal Telegraph and Telephone (PTT) . In 1931 the PTT Museum opened in the lower right wing of the PTT Head Office Building, Jalan Cilaki, number 55, Bandung, (now number 73). This building is actually the east wing of the central government building of West Java Province which is more famous for Gedung Sate . September 27, 1983, the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications inaugurated PTT to become the Pos Indonesia Museum .
