Bandung is more than just culinary delights, coffee shops, malls, or distro fashion outlets. It's a city full of history, art deco buildings, plenty of museums, the only astronomical observatory in Indonesia, agriculture and plantation, creative industry, and more !

Travel expands education in a way that textbooks cannot. The best educational trips for kids depend on your outlook and a great destination. And Bandung is one of the unique and unexplored destination from the educational point of view.

Coffee may be not originated in Indonesia, but the Dutch brought coffee from Africa or Middle East, and cultivated coffee in Indonesia. From here they brought and introduced coffee to Europe, which started the Golden Era of coffee.

Postal Museum Indonesia

The Indonesian Postal Museum was established since the Dutch East Indies period, known as  Postal Telegraph and Telephone (PTT) . In 1931 the PTT Museum opened in the lower right wing of the PTT Head Office Building, Jalan Cilaki, number 55, Bandung, (now number 73). This building is actually the east wing of the central government building of West Java Province which is more famous for Gedung Sate . September 27, 1983, the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications inaugurated PTT to become the Pos Indonesia Museum .
